Another successful sim day, with the some excellent emergency management from the teams. Next one will be advertised shortly, aimed at everyone from new band 5’s to senior ICU registrars.

NEJM link No mortality difference at 28 or 90 days but reduced days initial ventilation (but not total ventilator free days), reduced days of shock, shorter ICU stay and reduced blood transfusion rates. Interesting stuff.
