Now recruiting for STARRT AKI trial. If your patient:

• Has an AKI that isn’t improving (Creat >100 in women and 130 in men) AND
• Creat doubled from baseline OR +27 mol/l from a baseline of over 354 OR UO <6ml/kg in 12 hours AND
• Potassium <5.5, HCO3 >15 AND
• Not absolutely needing filtration now in your opinion (nor absolutely not needing filtration now)
